We are seeking results orientated, performance driven professional that help with the international expansion.
FRANCHISE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Franchise Manager in liaising and communicating with the prospective franchisees, current franchisees and the other support departments within the company.
* Assist in the preparation and drafting of reports and documents pertinent to the franchising of the company’s brand/s and concept/s.
* Gather information and data needed to develop strategies and tactics helpful in improving the performance of the outlets.
* Develop and implement localized marketing events and activities designed to generate more revenue for the outlets.
* Develop and implement franchise sales and marketing activities necessary to generate sufficient prospective franchisee leads locally and overseas.
* Formalize systems and procedures related to the operations of the franchised units based on the direction set forth by the management.
* Assist in identifying, assessing and acquiring potential locations ideal for the business both locally and overseas.
* Comply with all company regulations and any other lawful instruction by the Franchise Manager.
Requirements:
* 2 to 3 years experience in any of the following:
o franchise sales or consulting,
o F&B or retail operations,
o events management and marketing, or
o training and development
* Fluent in written and spoken English, ability to draft manuals or articles an advantage
* Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in photoshop or similar program is an advantage
* Possess a good grasp of the current industry trends and market development
* With good organization skills, creative thinking, confident personality and entrepreneurial mind
