Position : Senior Engineer to Principal Engineer (2 positions)

Broad function:

* Analyze mechanical hardware and identify opportunity for improvements.
* Optimize current hardware or develop new system to achieve requirement
* Lead process development activities in Grinding, Slicing, Adhesive bonding and Lapping technology

Technical Areas:

* Process and equipment characterization and development
* Finite element analysis
* Statistic analysis

Experience:

* Strong background in
o High precision hardware design
o Lapping, Grinding or Automation Technology
o Grinding technology
* Direct experience in any of the following industries: Hard Disk Drives, Semiconductor, Magnetic Heads or Media, IC Fabrication preferred.

Education:

* Bachelor, Master or PhD (Minimum 8 years with BS, 5 years with MS and 3 years with PhD)
* Technical degrees in the following: Engineering (Mechanical, Mechantronic, Electrical), Material sciences or physics.

Communication Skills:

* Fluent in technical communication and presentation
* Able to lead and participate in group meeting with interdisciplinary teams
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
