Purchasing Executive

Job Scope:

* Full spectrum of the purchasing process includes generating of POs, costing and updating of delivery status
* Incoming shipment processes and documentation
* Liaising effectively with forwarders, factories and suppliers

Job Requirements:

* Diploma in Purchasing/Logistic or equivalent
* Enjoy meeting & discussing with people of diverse nationalities & cultures.
* Creative, meticulous and have an eye for details.
* Able to multi-task, work independently and deliver high quality work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Adept in Microsoft Word & Excel
* Possess excellent writing and communication skills
* Only Singaporean, SPR & Malaysian needs to apply
